CONTACT / RFQ SUPPORT
Tell us what you need the machine to do.
Start with the category, application and quantity you have in mind. You do not need to know every specification before preparing an inquiry.
The current RFQ creates a summary in your browser only. Use sample contact details; the form does not send messages or upload files.
INQUIRY REVIEW PROCESS
From requirements to quotation scope.
These are the steps for reviewing an equipment inquiry. The demo RFQ prepares a brief for review; it does not initiate this process.
Receive the requirement
Start with the task, equipment category and the details available. A model can remain undecided.
Review the model & configuration
Compare the requested application and constraints with the selected model or series information.
Clarify the options
Identify essential features and confirm applicable engine, color, attachment and control requests.
Prepare the quotation
Define the configuration, quantity, destination and commercial scope to be included in a quotation.
ENQUIRY QUESTIONS
Before the next conversation.
Can I enquire without choosing a model?
Yes. Select a category and describe the application and constraints. Leave the model or series undecided and list the points that need clarification.
Can I attach photos or drawings here?
The local demo has no file upload. Keep useful references ready and describe what they need to clarify in the requirement field.
Does the form confirm a price or delivery date?
No. Price, quantity terms, configuration, documentation and timing need to be discussed for a specific requirement. The equipment description alone does not establish commercial terms.
